About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Set a spectacular example for your team and customers while ideal
  • Take full responsibility for managing the store independently (when needed)
  • Motivate and support your colleagues, grounded in Lidl’s Company Values
  • Ensure delivery checks, till operations, and KPI accountability are met
  • Represent Lidl’s commitment to customer service, handling queries professionally
  • Uphold all Health & Safety standards strictly

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills, fostering open, friendly interactions
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks, delegate effectively, and troubleshoot
  • Confidence in leading teams across shifting dynamics
  • Customer-centric passion, prioritising exceptional experience for every guest
  • Data-driven mindset to track, manage, and improve KPIs
