£38,000 - £46,000 per annum
- 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata)

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Stepping into senior leadership when necessary, running the store independently
- Driving productivity, customer service excellence, and team morale
- Managing day-to-day operations, from cash handling to stock integrity
- Championing our Company Values while setting the tone for great work

Operational Excellence
- Coordinate deliveries, verify stock levels, and manage till operations
- Monitor KPIs to drive efficiency and meet performance targets
- Provide outstanding customer service, resolving queries with confidence
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in team leadership within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to connect with both staff and customers effectively
- Ability to delegate tasks, manage time well, and solve challenges under pressure
- A proactive approach to customer care and continuous improvement
- Drive to track and boost KPIs, as well as knack for fostering morale
