Salary & Benefits

£38,000 - £46,000 per annum

  • 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata)
  • 10% in-store discount

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Stepping into senior leadership when necessary, running the store independently
  • Driving productivity, customer service excellence, and team morale
  • Managing day-to-day operations, from cash handling to stock integrity
  • Championing our Company Values while setting the tone for great work

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Support

  • Set a positive example for your team and customers, embodying Lidl’s standards
  • Oversee operations independently in the Store Manager’s absence
  • Motivate and collaborate with colleagues, drawing from Lidl’s core values
  • Uphold Health and Safety at all times to ensure a secure working environment

Operational Excellence

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience in team leadership within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to connect with both staff and customers effectively

  • Drive to track and boost KPIs, as well as knack for fostering morale
