What You’ll Do
- Set a spectacular example for staff and customers
- Independently manage the store when the Store Manager is absent
- Motivate and develop your team, aligned with Lidl’s Company Values
- Diligently check deliveries, oversee until operations, and track KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service—anticipating needs and resolving queries
- Uphold Health & Safety standards with precision
Key Requirements
You need:
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams in fast-paced retail environments
- Outstanding communication skills—calm,-friendly interaction with colleagues and customers
- Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving acumen
- Ability to empower your team throughout all shifts
- A culture of unmatched customer service
- Confidence in analysing and improving KPIs
