What You’ll Do

  • Set a spectacular example for staff and customers
  • Independently manage the store when the Store Manager is absent
  • Motivate and develop your team, aligned with Lidl’s Company Values
  • Diligently check deliveries, oversee until operations, and track KPIs
  • Provide exceptional customer service—anticipating needs and resolving queries
  • Uphold Health & Safety standards with precision

Key Requirements

You need:

  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams in fast-paced retail environments
  • Outstanding communication skills—calm,-friendly interaction with colleagues and customers
  • Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving acumen
  • Ability to empower your team throughout all shifts
  • A culture of unmatched customer service
  • Confidence in analysing and improving KPIs
