Deputy Store Manager – Lidl
£38,000 - £46,000 per annum
- 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata)

About the Role

Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:
- Set a spectacular standard for the Store Team and customers
- Manage the store independently when the Store Manager is unavailable
- Inspire and develop your colleagues, aligning actions with Lidl's Company Values
- Monitor and ensure quality of deliveries, operate the till area competently, and track KPIs
- Offer friendly, efficient customer service, addressing queries and ensuring every shopper has a great experience
- Strictly comply with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines
