Salary: £38,000 – £46,000 per annum Holiday: 30–35 days (pro rata) Benefits:

As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll be cool, calm, and collected, rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll drive the store to excel during the leader’s absence—leading by example, fostering teamwork, and ensuring both colleagues and customers receive the best possible service.

What You’ll Do
- Set the standard for the Store Team and customers—inspiring excellence and consistency
- Manage the store independently when the Store Manager is unavailable, taking full accountability
- Empower your team through mentorship and alignment with Lidl’s Company Values
- Oversee deliveries, cash operations, and stock integrity while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Be the welcoming face of the store—offering outstanding service and resolving customer queries
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines

- Confident communication—the ability to support colleagues while delivering great customer service
- Deadline discipline: Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
