Position: £38,000 - £46,000 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Responsibilities:
- Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and our customers
- Independently manage the store during the absence of the Store Manager
- Motivate and support your team, aligning with Lidl’s Company Values
- Check and manage deliveries, oversee till operations, and closely monitor KPIs
- Be the friendly face of Lidl, delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
- Outstanding communication skills, fostering openness with colleagues and customers
- Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence to support and guide your team through shifts
- A passion for exceptional customer service and delivering outstanding experiences
- The ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs
