About the Role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll take charge with confidence, ensuring the store runs smoothly whether the Store Manager is away or not. You’ll lead by example:

Key Responsibilities
Set an inspiring example by:
- Managing the store independently when required
- Leading during shifts, fostering teamwork and accountability
- Checking deliveries, ensuring till accuracy, and reviewing KPIs
- Supporting a diverse team to thrive

Requirements
You need:
- Team leadership experience in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong communication skills to guide team members and connect with customers
- Quick adaptability, efficient time management, and solid problem-solving
- Confidence to delegate, empower your team—day or night
- Pride in delivering unparalleled service to all our customers
- Ability to monitor and improve performance metrics
