Salary & Benefits £38,000 - £46,000 per annum, 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, pension scheme

Key Responsibilities

  • Set a high standard for the store team and customers
  • Independently manage the store during the absence of the Store Manager
  • Motivate and develop your team using Lidl’s Company Values
  • Handle deliveries, manage tills, and monitor KPIs effectively
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Requirements

  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Outstanding communication skills to engage with colleagues and customers
  • Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence to support your team through every shift
  • Pride in delivering unparalleled customer service
  • Ability to analyze and improve performance metrics (KPIs)
