Key Responsibilities
- Set a high standard for the store team and customers
- Independently manage the store during the absence of the Store Manager
- Motivate and develop your team using Lidl’s Company Values
- Handle deliveries, manage tills, and monitor KPIs effectively
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced retail environment
- Outstanding communication skills to engage with colleagues and customers
- Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence to support your team through every shift
- Pride in delivering unparalleled customer service
- Ability to analyze and improve performance metrics (KPIs)
