Deputy Ward Manager Opportunity
This is a very exciting opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager to join the team on this busy 25 bedded Trauma and Orthopaedics ward which has specialised care in fractured hips (NOFU) neck of femur unit.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Multi-disciplinary team. Providing high quality nursing care within this busy ward.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, team working skills and dedicated to improving the patients experience.
- Demonstrate continuing professional development and a strong commitment to develop others and work closely within a Multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Applicants must be able to evidence or demonstrate experience of working as a Band 5 or previous experience as a Band 6 within Trauma and Orthopaedics.
You must demonstrate significant Band 5 experience/Leadership experience. We are looking for individuals with leadership potential with effective communication skills and able to demonstrate a proactive, collaborative and innovative approach to the clinical environment and passionate about excellence in patient care.
