To support our team, we are looking for a Deputy Warehouse Manager to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
- Oversee goods-in, stock control, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and safety
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support a team of warehouse operatives
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach
- Assist with training, onboarding, and development of team members
- Help manage workloads and ensure efficient use of resources
Process & Systems
- Support the implementation and ongoing use of SAP within warehouse operations (2027)
- Help improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Assist with the transition and setup of a second warehouse location
- Ensure accurate data capture and stock integrity within systems
Performance Management
- Monitor key operational KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch times, and stock accuracy
- Identify areas for improvement and support implementation of solutions
- Work with the Warehouse Manager to maintain high service levels for both trade and consumer customers

Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Promote a safe working environment and best practices across the team
Your Profile
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
- Experience managing or supporting a small team
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience highly desirable)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to be involved in day-to-day operations
- Experience in a pick/pack environment (trade and/or direct-to-consumer preferred)
