A leading international law firm is seeking an England & Wales qualified Associate (NQ-4 PQE) to join its highly regarded Derivatives & Structured Products practice in London.
The team advises a broad range of financial institutions, asset managers, investment banks, hedge funds, and corporate clients on complex domestic and cross-border derivatives and structured products matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions alongside recognised market leaders.

- ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and related trading documentation
- Structured products and derivatives transactions
- Repos, securities lending, and prime brokerage arrangements
- Regulatory aspects affecting derivatives and financial markets
- Supporting financing, securitisation, and capital markets transactions
Experience gained at a leading City, international, or US law firm is preferred; however, applications are also welcomed from lawyers currently working in-house who have strong derivatives and financial markets experience.
