We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Design Analyst to join our team, supporting network planning and design activities.

This is a permanent, full-time role Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern, based in Worsley depot (typically 3 days per week onsite) with occasional travel across the network as required.

What you’ll be doing

Support network design & planning

  • Assist with mains replacement, governor replacement, and wider network programmes
  • Contribute to developing efficient and compliant network designs

Analyse data & develop insight

  • Analyse network data and develop models to inform investment decisions
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support performance improvements

Reporting & performance tracking

  • Produce accurate reports against KPIs and SLAs
  • Highlight discrepancies and performance risks

Collaborate & optimise solutions

  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support the development and optimisation of network designs

What you’ll bring

You’ll be analytical, detail-focused, and confident working with complex data. You’ll enjoy problem-solving and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Experience

  • Experience in design, planning, or network analysis (desirable)
  • Understanding of network or infrastructure environments is beneficial

Skills

  • Experience using ESRI applications (essential)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and analytical/modelling tools
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
