Position Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Design Assistant to join our team and support on a wide variety of visual communication material, from interior displays and print materials, to digital & web assets. Our ideal candidate is motivated, organised, and has a good eye for detail when it comes to design materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with the Design Lead and Projects & Partnership Managers to understand and deliver projects in line with client needs.
  • Implementing client updates across materials.
  • Helping roll out of brand application across key materials and templates.
  • Preparing print files to send to external suppliers.
  • Contribute new design ideas to support creative development.
  • Manage time and multiple projects effectively within your schedule.
  • Offer positive support and feedback for other designers.
  • Consistently demonstrate the Engaging Education values both internally and externally.
  • Ensure high levels of communication across all internal and external networks.

Requirements

  • Passionate about creating designs that make a positive impact.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with other designers.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Desirable

  • Experience of translating designs into template format in MS Word/PPT, Canva, Adobe Express
  • Experience in an agency environment
