The Role

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to join Pour Moi on a one-year internship as a Design Assistant across Lingerie & Swimwear. You will work under the guidance of the Design Manager to support the Design team with the design and development of our Lingerie & Swim categories.

About Us

From when we sold our very first bra way back in 2005, to today when we sell one approximately every 30 seconds, passion and playfulness is at the heart of everything we do.

Our direct-to-consumer operation is growing by over 50%, but that’s not the only thing about Pour Moi that’s expanding! Our range has grown along with us to include lingerie, swimwear, beachwear, clothing, sportswear, nightwear and hosiery, with exciting new developments planned for future seasons.

With our buying, design, technical, merchandising, marketing and sales departments based in our sunny Brighton offices, we have a blue-chip wholesale partner portfolio that includes M&S, Next, John Lewis and ASOS.

Our predicted annual turnover is £32 million, making us one of the leading brands in lingerie and swimwear. With sales increasing year on year it means we need more brilliant people who share our passion, to join in the next part of our story.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
