We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Group Real Estate & Workplace team. The role is a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting a diverse portfolio of over 40 locations. The locations are across the UK & Ireland, APAC, and EMEA. If you're organised, people-focused, and love bringing projects to life behind the scenes, this is the role for you.
What You Will Do
You will help our design and construction projects run smoothly. Working with project managers, partners, and contractors, you will:
- Keep projects on track with schedules, trackers, and action logs
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across teams and partners
- Manage important documentation including drawings, permits, and HSE records
- Create clear and engaging project dashboards and status updates
- Support budgets, invoices, and spend tracking

Qualifications
What you will bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with others and thrives in a team where things can shift and develop. You'll likely bring a blend of organisation, curiosity, and a people-first mindset.
- Take pride in the details and care about delivering high-quality work
- Feel comfortable adapting when things shift
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to shared outcomes
- Be curious, and happy to try new approaches
Desirable
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel trackers)
- Exposure to architectural drawings or construction environments
- Experience supporting projects in a corporate or global setting
- A relevant qualification, such as APM, RICS, CIOB, or similar
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
