Calling all big thinkers, crafters, creators and innovators.

Our London team is searching for a creatively outstanding Design Director with an exquisite brand and FMCG portfolio to join our studio in the heart of Covent Garden. You'll be responsible for mentoring our growing design team while working on projects ranging from packaging rebrands to full Brand Worlds, from brand experience to innovation and everything in between!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Design Director at Bulletproof, you will be...

  • Inspiring and leading your team by setting an example of great 'hands on' design solutions
  • Mentoring a team of creatives
  • Creatively leading and presenting all of your projects
  • Guiding and influencing workflow
  • Seeing jobs through from concept to print
  • Leading briefings and design critiques
  • Challenging senior creative team members with innovative and inspiring thinking
  • Briefing illustrators, lettering artists and general suppliers
  • Art directing photo-shoots

Requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Solid experience working on Brand World/VIS/360° branding projects in top design agencies
  • Strong portfolio of global FMCG and consumer brand work
  • A strategic thinker
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Conceptual creative with solid ideas
  • Strong team leader and visionary
  • Solid presentation skills and the ability to command a room
