The Opportunity
We're looking for a Design Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking engineering business that genuinely cares about its people. You'll be working on a variety of exciting projects, involved in the full product lifecycle from concept through to production with the chance to make a real impact. What You'll Be Doing
- Developing innovative design concepts from initial brief through to production
- Creating 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings
- Supporting product development, testing, and validation activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and quality
- Contributing to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting the transition of designs into manufacturing

What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, Solid Edge or similar)
- Strong understanding of engineering and product design principles
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and taking ownership of their work
