About The Role
We are seeking a Design Engineer to join a pioneering team that is redefining how businesses make strategic decisions through AI-driven financial modeling. This role involves crafting a seamless user experience for financial professionals, ensuring every interaction with the product is precise and professional.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the UX for features, designing with empathy for time-poor users. Push the product towards high polish and consistency. Depending on your focus, either implement designs in the codebase or manage marketing surfaces like websites and onboarding materials. Establish and extend the design system in collaboration with the team. Work closely with engineering to maintain high standards and quick feedback loops. Engage with users to inform future product developments.

What We're Looking For
Great aesthetic taste and fluency with coding agents like Cursor and Claude Code. Comfort with TypeScript and React. Ability to either implement designs directly or manage client-facing materials. Strong design fundamentals with a focus on either code or client interactions.
