Our Offer
As a Technical PM, you will lead a blended team of engineers, change, training and process experts, client architects and configuration experts focused on upgrading engineering capabilities for a key Defence client. You will be responsible for ensuring effective project execution, adhering to 12-week sprints to rapidly deliver end-to-end solutions in a complex, multi-vendor delivery environment.

- Leading and facilitating sprint ceremonies including daily stand-ups, reviews, show-and-tells and problem solve sessions.
- Managing project scope, schedule and resources to ensure successful delivery of capability initiatives.
- Removing impediments and creating an environment where the team can be effective and self-organizing.
- Tracking project progress, managing risks, and communicating status to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Leading lessons learned ceremonies to learn from experience and continuously improve future sprints.

Your Profile
If any of the below sounds like you, click and apply.
- Proven experience as a Design Engineer or Project Manager in complex engineering or delivery environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work to KPIs / SLAs.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and their practical application in non-agile, complex engineering projects.
- Experience in Aerospace and Defence, engineering, manufacturing and/or business and technological change/transformation projects.
- Knowledge of CAD/PLM tools (preferably NX/Teamcenter) and their application in engineering environments.
