Join the global leader in responsible marketing activation services

At HH Global, we help the world’s most recognized brands turn their growth ideas into measurable impact through responsible marketing activation.

We are a global marketing activation partner that connects brands to their customers and delivers sustainable marketing execution at scale.

With over 4,000 colleagues across more than 55 countries, you’ll join a diverse, high-performing community, empowered to deliver sustainable, innovative solutions for our clients.

Purpose of the job

Working as part of your cross-functional team you will transform visualized retail concepts into manufacturing-ready drawings, ensuring design concepts are converted into functional and high-quality production-ready units on time and within budget.

You will be the design champion for your team’s projects, owning the design and making it your responsibility to deliver it to the best quality possible.

As design engineer, you will possess extensive knowledge of manufacturing materials, processes, and costs, and ideally you will demonstrate experience of global manufacture.

You will be required, when necessary, to work directly with clients which may include project briefings and presentations.

You will be responsible for checking prototypes and factory first-off production units, presenting them to clients as appropriate to advance the project.

You are responsible for meeting deadlines, working with your colleagues to design retail solutions that can be manufactured to client expectations.

You will need to manage your own time effectively and communicate clearly with your team members to ensure all is on track.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
