We're Hiring: Automotive CAD Design Engineer – Seating Systems
Are you passionate about automotive product design and experienced in developing seating systems or vehicle interior components? We're looking for a talented Automotive CAD Design Engineer to join an innovative engineering team working on next-generation vehicle programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automotive seating systems and interior components using CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx).
- Create robust 3D part and assembly models, engineering drawings, and GD&T documentation.
- Ensure designs meet packaging, functional, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CAE, manufacturing, suppliers, and program management.
- Support design reviews, engineering changes, and product release activities.
- Work within PLM/data management systems while following engineering release processes and company design standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Automotive CAD Design, specifically Seating Systems or Interior Components
- Strong proficiency in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx)
- Expertise in Part & Assembly Modeling, GD&T, and engineering drawings
- Solid understanding of seating system architecture, packaging constraints, and design standards
- Ability to convert engineering concepts into manufacturable CAD models
- Experience with PLM/data management systems and engineering release processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA and product development lifecycle
- Familiarity with ENOVIA, Teamcenter, or similar PLM tools
