Role: Design Executive

This role sits at the centre of our creative output. You'll be responsible for designing high quality social content, thought leadership assets, guides and marketing collateral that help our clients stand out. Working closely with our content, video and strategy teams, you'll bring ideas to life through exceptional design while supporting the delivery of engaging LinkedIn content.

This is a role for someone who genuinely loves design. If you're the type of person who notices great branding, saves inspiring social posts, experiments with layouts and cares about producing work you're proud of, you'll fit right in.

Portfolio Required

We care far more about the quality of your work than the number of years you've been doing it. If your portfolio demonstrates exceptional creativity and attention to detail, we'd love to see it. Please include a link to your portfolio or examples of your work with your application.

Brand Page Management

  • Manage LinkedIn brand pages, ensuring consistent, high quality output
  • Create and schedule social media content, including graphics and written copy
  • Ensure all content aligns with each client's brand, tone and positioning
  • Track performance and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement

Design & Creative Execution

  • Design high quality visual assets for social content, campaigns and marketing materials
  • Create engaging LinkedIn graphics, including carousels, single images and branded visuals
  • Ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines across multiple clients
  • Collaborate with the wider team to bring ideas to life through strong, effective creative
  • Continuously test new layouts, formats and design styles to improve engagement and performance

Guide & Asset Creation

  • Design premium guides, reports and downloadable marketing assets
  • Create visually engaging resources that deliver genuine value
  • Design presentation decks, sales collateral and campaign materials
  • Work across multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Contribute to internal marketing assets and campaigns

Campaign & Content Support

  • Produce creative assets for webinars, campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborate with marketers, strategists and videographers to bring ideas to life
  • Help maintain a consistent flow of high quality creative across client accounts

Measure & Improve

  • Monitor the performance of social content and creative assets
  • Share ideas and recommendations to improve engagement and creative quality
  • Stay up to date with design trends, LinkedIn best practices and emerging creative formats

Thought Leadership Content

  • Design content for senior leaders across LinkedIn
  • Create visually engaging graphics that complement written thought leadership
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver thought leadership programmes for senior leaders
  • Work alongside copywriters to produce content that reflects each individual's voice
  • Schedule and manage posting across multiple LinkedIn accounts
  • Monitor performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

About You

Exceptional Eye for Design

You have a natural eye for design and understand what makes content visually engaging. You care about typography, layout, colour, branding and the details that elevate good work into great work.

Creative Thinker

You don't just execute briefs. You bring ideas, think creatively and enjoy finding new ways to make content stand out.

Strong Portfolio

Whether you've built your portfolio through university, freelance work, internships, personal projects or previous roles, you can demonstrate creativity, strong design thinking and attention to detail.

Canva & Adobe Experience

You're confident using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to produce polished, professional creative.

Strong Copywriter

You can write clearly and confidently, adapting your tone to suit different brands and individuals.

Social Media Aware

You understand what performs on LinkedIn and can design content that captures attention while supporting wider marketing objectives.
