What You'll Be Doing

As Creative Design Lead, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, helping to shape and evolve the firm's visual identity while leading and inspiring a talented team.

You'll:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a small team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Take ownership of creative workflows, resource planning and external creative partners.
  • Design and deliver exceptional creative across digital and print, including campaigns, presentations, social media, events, websites, advertising and marketing collateral.
  • Champion the firm's brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across every touchpoint.
  • Partner with senior marketing, business development and events teams to create innovative design solutions that support business growth.
  • Manage production and supplier relationships to deliver outstanding quality on time and within budget.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with both creative excellence and the ambition to grow into a senior leadership role.

You'll have:

  • Around 7-9 years' professional design experience, ideally within professional services, financial services or another corporate environment.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring or coaching designers.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing sophisticated print and digital design.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), with Figma experience highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of branding, typography, digital and print production.
  • Excellent organisational, project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Motion graphics or After Effects experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
