💸 £60,000 to £70,000

Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the most exciting challenger brands in the UK. You may have seen them making headlines over the past few years through a string of industry awards, rapid growth and even an appearance on Dragon's Den.

From a design perspective, this brand is genuinely world-class. They've built a beautiful product range and a distinctive visual identity that has helped them stand out in a highly competitive market. As the business continues to scale, they're now looking to hire a Design Lead to join the growing creative team and act as the bridge between the Founders and the wider Design function.

This is a highly influential role where you'll help shape and elevate the creative direction of the brand across every touchpoint. From digital campaigns and paid social through to packaging, email, web, print and brand activations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the creative output is consistently best-in-class.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
