Fawkes & Reece are proud to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Design Manager to join a highly regarded London-based main contractor delivering luxury residential refurbishment and technically complex projects across some of the capital’s most prestigious locations.
Our client specialises in high-end residential refurbishment, heritage-led projects and bespoke developments, working on detail-driven schemes where quality, craftsmanship and technical excellence are at the forefront of delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Design Manager who enjoys taking ownership of the design process, working closely with leading architects, consultants, specialist subcontractors and internal delivery teams to bring complex projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role:
- Manage the full design lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and specialist subcontractors
- Review technical information, identify risks and develop buildable solutions
- Lead design meetings and manage design deliverables
- Support procurement and construction teams with technical guidance
- Ensure design information is delivered in line with programme, quality and commercial requirements

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential refurbishment, luxury fit-out, heritage or prime residential projects
- Strong technical knowledge with experience managing complex design coordination
- Confident managing consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
