Join a leading London developer to manage the design and delivery of ultra luxury residences for some of the city's most elite clients.

Position:

This is an exciting position for a Design Manager to join the in-house design team at a global luxury developer. You will play a key role in design guardianship and the exceptional delivery of some of Central London's most prime residences.

  • Liaising with external consultants, designers and architects, you will be reviewing and amending feasibilities, design proposals and packages to ensure projects are commercially viable and meeting standards and requirements.
  • As well as monitoring on site works, liaising with contractors to ensure that every inch of the project is delivered to the utmost quality, finish and exceeds expectations.

Candidate:

  • Part III RIBA Architect with 3+ years post qualification experience
  • A career defined by designing and delivering super prime residential projects in London
  • Strong design and spatial planning skills, with the ability to challenge, problem solve and add value
  • Excellent knowledge of bespoke detailing, construction, current UK building regulations and standards
  • Confident liaising with client, external design teams, consultants and contractors
  • Meticulous, detail orientated and a strong critical thinker
  • Revit and/or AutoCAD advantageous (to review drawings)
