The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Design Manager to join our Clinical Technologies business unit in Craigavon. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing and documenting complex user requirements, helping ensure that high quality clinical technology systems are designed and delivered in line with client needs.

Working closely with cross-functional Almac colleagues, clients and stakeholders, you will lead requirements review sessions, translate business needs into clear functional requirements, support build and implementation activities, and help manage project scope, timelines, risks and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK
  • GCSE Grades A-C Maths & English (or equivalent)
  • 3 A levels Grades A-E (or equivalent) OR Significant relevant experience working in Almac Clinical Technologies
  • Experience managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
  • Significant experience understanding and documenting client requirements
  • Significant experience communicating directly with clients
