Design & Marketing Executive

At ETO, we make exceptional products. Exceptionally well. Now we need someone to help tell our story - in video, in copy, in images across every platform we use.

About ETO ETO wine preserved, beautifully. The award-winning ETO wine decanter launched in 2019. Today, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide and continue to grow our select retail and hospitality partners. Design without compromise. Design for longevity. Design for Joy. Design for People.

The role This is an exciting opportunity within a high-growth, design-led business where quality is everything. The role is focused on bringing the brand to life across digital, social, and print platforms. You'll create content that looks and feels like ETO: considered, confident, premium - never cluttered.

Key responsibilities: Creative development and execution across email, social, digital ads, and print. Deliver the creative content calendar in line with campaign timelines. Oversee social postings and visual delivery across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Design print and event assets for pop-ups, mailers, and partnerships. Support creation and delivery of paid ad creative across Meta, Pinterest, and Google. Maintain visual asset libraries and ensure strong internal systems. Help track performance of creative output and iterate based on data-led insight. PR support - working with our team & PR support agency, pitching to press, in UK and USA. Brand partnership support - bringing ideas for collaborations and thinking outside the obvious. Events support - attending events, creating PoS assets and copy for on and offline retailers. Reporting support - feeding into bi-monthly marketing reports against KPIs. Ad hoc research support - NPD, campaign activations and new markets. Operational support - during peak periods, some customer service and commercial support.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It searches the market for you

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we're looking for A designer and marketer in one. Meticulous eye for detail, taste, execution and pride in the results. This is not a junior position. Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a similar creative marketing or content role. Ideally, with a premium brand. Proficient across Adobe Creative Suite - especially with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Figma. Writes well as a matter of habit, not as a copywriter, but as someone who understands that a sentence either earns its place or it doesn’t. Highly organised, deadline-driven, and proactive. Who sees a problem and fixes it. An early adopter of AI tools and actively curious about what's next. Comfortable across platforms: Shopify, Klaviyo, and happy to learn GA4, Meta Business, Pinterest Business. A strong appreciation for the ETO aesthetic and tone. A genuine interest in wine and design matters. A genuine can-do attitude and start-up toolkit: initiative, energy, curiosity, a high degree of comfort in an unstructured environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate and contribute, share ideas and manage multiple priorities. To take ownership and responsibility from day one.
