Salary
- Grade 4 (SCP 6-7) £25,989 - £26,403 per annum pro rata
- Actual salary: £15,248.89 - £15,491.80 per annum
About the Role
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an organised, flexible and positive technician to join our evolving organisation, who bring a ‘can do attitude’ to engage with students and staff in the technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Technology teaching team in setting up and cleaning down practical technology lessons (with a focus on woodwork preparation)
- Assist the whole school and administration team with photocopying and preparation of printed materials
- Maintain excellent health, safety, and wellbeing practices within the workshop
- Use good communication skills and initiative to support students, contributing to their success, behaviour management, and social skills
