- Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per week, Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break) Friday 8 am to 3.30 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Ranelagh Primary School are seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Cover Supervisor to join our team.
We are looking for a HLTA/teacher who:
- is committed to providing the best learning opportunities for all children
- can deliver engaging and creative lessons in an inclusive environment
- can provide social, pastoral and cultural development for our pupils
- is ambitious and committed to the professional development of themselves and others.
The role will include teaching PPA cover on two afternoons weekly (subject to change) and being the lead DSL. We are looking for a DSL who will take lead responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the school (including online safety and understanding the filtering and monitoring systems in place). We have a team of four other ADSLs who support the role of DSL and a dedicated full-time Family Support Practitioner who supports the DSL and Attendance Leads. The role also includes being the cover supervisor for the school which involves arranging cover through teaching or using external agencies to book when needed.
