- Designer position working on a range of Commercial and Industrial Solar PV & Biomass heating projects
- Based out of the Melton Mowbray office with requirement to visit on-going projects
- Overseeing the production and coordination of HVAC/heating system designs.
- Reviewing technical drawings, calculations and specifications.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, architects and project managers.
- Ensuring designs comply with regulations, industry standards and client requirements.
- Managing design programmes to support project delivery.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to design engineers.
- Coordinating design changes and value engineering opportunities.
- Supporting pre-construction, tender and project delivery teams.

The Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be a Designer – Solar PV & Biomass Heating with:
- Must have Design experience within the Solar PV, Industrial Boiler, Biomass Heating or closely related sectors
- Must have Commercial or Industrial sector experience
- Highly advantageous to have a related degree
- Strong understanding of building regulations and policies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A highly motivated individual, who is flexible and has an excellent work ethic
- Must hold full UK driving licence
