Role Description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join the BUILDHOLLYWOOD Marketing team. You'll be the creative engine behind our print and digital materials, making sure everything we put out is on-brand, polished, and delivered on time. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, juggling multiple projects at once, and keeping our brand exciting, relevant, and visible to both clients and partners.

You will be based in our Angel office 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home.

What you'll be doing

  • Design a wide range of materials across digital and print, including our annual zine, business cards, and brochures, always to the highest creative standard.
  • Manage and update the BUILDHOLLYWOOD website using WordPress, building features and pages as needed, and collaborate directly with external partners — charities, artists, and musicians to create posters and design assets that bring our partnerships to life.
  • Support the marketing team with sales tools like creds and proposals, and pitch in on ad-hoc design requests from across the business including Creative Studio, Social, Distribution, Print, IT, and HR.
  • Work alongside an external design agency on bigger brand projects, using tools like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects to bring ideas to life — all while managing your time, stakeholders, and your workload with confidence.

About you

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Highly skilled across Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, with experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and a good understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • A confident communicator, comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once, manage your time effectively, and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency.
  • Open to feedback and able to implement changes quickly and constructively.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working to deadlines across both print and digital projects.
  • Curious and keen to keep learning, attending training sessions and industry events to stay on top of design trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
