Location: London (Hybrid)

Beyond Noise is looking for an experienced Designer to join our creative team, working across our biannual luxury publication and its expanding print and digital output. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will be responsible for designing and producing each issue to the highest standard, ensuring a seamless workflow from page design through to print and digital delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lay out the magazine, accompanying art supplement and slipcase under the direction of the Creative Director.
  • Translate approved editorial and visual content into refined, considered layouts that reflect the publication's aesthetic.
  • Manage the production workflow between internal editorial and creative teams, the repro house and printers, ensuring projects progress accurately and efficiently through every stage.
  • Carry out meticulous pre-flight checks and quality control to minimise errors before files are sent to print.
  • Prepare and optimise files for digital publication across Beyond Noise's online platforms.

About You

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
  • Previous experience designing luxury print publications, with a strong understanding of editorial design, typography and print production.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable liaising with editorial teams, external production partners and printers throughout the production process.

This is a hybrid role based in London. While flexible working is supported throughout the production cycle, regular office presence will be essential in the weeks leading up to our mid-September print deadline, when close collaboration with the wider team is critical.
