Design Assistant (Marketing & Property Imaging)
About the Role
We’re seeking highly organised and detail-orientated individuals to join our design team. Full training and development are provided—for those who are proactive, take pride in their work, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Main Purpose
Assist the field team and external companies in delivering high-quality, professionally edited photographs and accurate floor plans for marketing purposes within agreed timescales.
Salary & Hours
- £26,400–£32,000 OTE (commission-based)
- Location: Wimbledon Village, SW19
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit floor plans using AutoCAD (training provided), including:
- Lease plans
- Domestic floor plans
- Commercial floor plans
- Fire risk assessment floor plans Ensure all plans meet internal quality standards and client requirements.

Edit photographs to a consistent high standard aligned with marketing expectations.

Maintain a consistently polished finish while adhering to quality expectations.

Meet/exceed daily KPIs and project volume targets in a time-sensitive environment.

Coordinate with external contractors/design firms to ensure deliverables align with company standards.

Collaborate with the photography team to seamlessly integrate floor plans into property marketing materials.

Take on additional design assignments as required (training provided):
- Handling telephone/email queries
- Quality control for other design assets
- Video editing
- Virtual staging
- Virtual tours/3D
Requirements
- High attention to detail for precise technical drawings and photo edits.
- Highly organised, capable of multitasking and efficient workload prioritisation.
- Strong time management skills and deadlines focus.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service mindset.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a polished presentation.
- Willingness to learn/adapt to new processes and CAD/software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, under pressure.

- Photoshop/Lightroom
