Job Description
At Bond we design, build, and manage creative and innovative solutions for our clients, all with the goal of helping them build ever-stronger loyalty to their brands. We are committed to delivering exceptional solutions that align with our clients' customer engagement objectives, driving measurable impact and fostering long-term relationships. As we continue to grow, we will be seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Designer to join our Creative team, working on world-class creative CRM campaigns for clients.
Location: UK (Bristol area)
Job Requirements
A Designer at Bond should be ambitious, motivated and driven, and constantly looking to improve the quality of their work - does that sound like you? Some more practical skills we also look for here are:
- Good working experience of using Figma, the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and After Effects
- Skills in using Microsoft (Word, PPT & Excel), Teams, and Outlook
- Understanding of Wrike or other project management tools is useful
- Understanding the basics of CRM, including some of the channels used (email, web, push & app) and the principles behind CRM such as affinity, loyalty, and the importance of handling customer data

Job Responsibilities
We love working with passionate and enthusiastic people, and that’s what we’re looking for in our next Designer. As part of the role you would work on:
- Understanding how brands behave, learning guidelines inside out and implementing them, or suggesting the evolution of guidelines
- Developing your design skills in layout, typography, and image creation/manipulation (vector-based illustrations or photographic manipulation), with training and feedback available to strengthen your skills
- Creating innovative and engaging responsive design solutions for all devices that demonstrate an understanding of the content hierarchy by adapting where required for different formats
- Creating innovative, clear, and engaging UI elements as well as measurable interactivity
- Bringing content to life with animations, by creating clear storyboards and generating good quality animated content
- Demonstrating how a user will move through communications (within and between campaigns), whether single or multiple emails, web, push, and app using wireframes or low-fi designs with support from senior team members if required
- Supporting the creation of concepts in collaboration with others that aim to meet project performance goals
- Creating presentation documents with a helpful order, engaging layout, and useful annotations for work that is sent to clients and accompanied by clear verbal narration when in person

We are looking for a strong communicator who will be able to effectively communicate project status updates and support in knowledge sharing within your discipline and with other departments throughout the agency.
