VISUALHOUSE

VISUALHOUSE is an international creative agency building compelling brand stories for architecture, design, and the built environment. We work with leading architects, developers, and designers on landmark projects worldwide.

Every project is different, and we bring the same curiosity and craft to each one. Our multidisciplinary teams span 3D visualisation, still imagery, film and animation, branding, and interactive—disciplines that come together to shape a single, coherent creative vision for our clients. We have studios in London and New York.

We work alongside our sister brand "Aureum & Partners", a global creative consultancy shaping some of the world's most desired destinations, experiences, and lifestyles, across luxury real estate, hospitality, and destination branding.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our London studio and support the delivery of high-quality creative across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences.

You’ll work closely with senior designers to develop and execute design work across multiple projects. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, contribute, and build strong foundational skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You’ll Work On

  • Support the development of creative concepts across branding, digital, and print
  • Design and produce assets including presentations, social content, marketing materials, and websites
  • Create layouts, mockups, and prototypes to bring ideas to life
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency and visual quality across projects
  • Contribute to campaign ideas and creative discussions
  • Work across multiple projects, managing priorities and deadlines

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a creative, branding, or agency environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, or digital work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Working knowledge of Figma and other digital design tools
  • Strong foundation in layout, typography, colour systems, and design principles
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback
  • Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
  • Nice to have: Webflow, Copywriting skills
  • Interest in architecture or the built environment
