We are seeking a Designer (digital)
Location: Our London office in Westfield Shepherds Bush
Reporting to: Creative Director, Brand
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver weekly creative content across the Homepage, App, and other key channels, supporting the rollout of campaigns and assets across Homepage, Paid Media, Social, Editorial, Email, and Display.
- Support project ideation and conceptual development, translating creative direction, editorial content, and marketing requirements into engaging visual solutions, including innovative social-first executions.
- Maintain exceptional design standards, demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and creative execution across both digital and offline assets.
- Ensure the highest quality of imagery and asset production, optimising content for web and device performance, meeting technical requirements, and undertaking image retouching where required.
- Act as a guardian of the brand identity, reviewing creative work for consistency, maintaining design standards, and ensuring style guides remain current and effectively implemented.
- Remain at the forefront of design and digital trends, continuously developing expertise across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma while introducing innovative ideas and creative approaches.
- Manage delivery and collaboration effectively, meeting tight deadlines, adapting to changing priorities, ensuring stakeholders have access to final assets and deliverables, and supporting ad-hoc Art Department needs as required; experience in motion graphics is advantageous.

About You
- Proven experience in digital design, artwork production, and luxury branding, with a strong portfolio of digital creative executions across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Advanced proficiency in design, typography, and retouching, with expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and ideally Toolkit CMS.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and digital best practices, with a passion for fashion and digital innovation, continually seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly through verbal, visual, and written formats and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work at pace from concept through to final execution, demonstrating a proactive, self-motivated approach, strong initiative, and a commitment to continuously improving creative output.
- Flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset, willing to go the extra mile to support colleagues, contribute to shared goals, and foster a positive and productive working environment.
