Vovi is a small London studio. We brand and build websites for VC-backed startups, deep-tech companies, and universities - mostly US, and consistently aim for the kind of work that gets sent round in "have you seen this" messages. Tight team, high craft, no filler.
We've got more good work than hands. We need a young, talented designer to support across brand and web, learn fast, and grow into bigger ownership. You'll also get hands-on with the AI-powered products we build for clients.
What You'll Do
- Support on brand and website projects, concept to launch
- Produce clean, accurate design and build work in Figma and Webflow
- Take a brief and direction well, and improve quickly off feedback
- Use AI tools to explore more and work faster
- Help keep the standard high on everything that ships

Requirements

- 1-2 years in, or a standout portfolio
- A sharp eye and clear potential
- Fluent in Figma, comfortable in (or hungry for) Webflow
- Already building AI into your workflow, or keen to - you see it as leverage, not a threat
- Good taste, fast hands, low ego
