We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Designer to join our creative team in London. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their design career while gaining hands-on experience across a diverse range of purpose-driven projects.
As a Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the wider design team, contributing to the development and execution of creative work across print, digital and social channels. You will collaborate closely with designers, creative leads and project teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions while helping to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of creative concepts across a variety of channels, including print, digital and social media.
- Produce high-quality design assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Assist in bringing creative ideas to life through thoughtful and engaging visual design.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations and supporting creative materials.
- Provide support on project management and coordination activities.
- Help ensure project timelines, deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to manage workflows and project priorities.
- Maintain good organisation of files, assets and project documentation.
- Work closely with designers, creative leads and cross-functional teams throughout the creative process.
- Take feedback positively and apply it effectively to your work.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools and best practices.
- Take an active interest in purpose-driven design and creative innovation.
- Continuously develop your creative and technical skills.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- At least 1 year of experience in a design role, agency or in-house creative environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Figma, Power Point and Keynote.
- Experience creating assets for print, digital and social media.
- Experience using AI tools in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout and visual communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A creative and motivated designer with a passion for visual communication.
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to team success.
- A proactive individual who takes ownership of their work.
- A designer who is eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in design.
