Job Description
As a Designer at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities

Pitch & Presentation Design (40%)
Lead the creation of compelling and narrative-rich pitch decks, credentials and client presentations that showcase Global Studios' capabilities and shows. You'll translate complex ideas into visually engaging narratives that win business and communicate our creative vision with clarity and impact. -
Marketing Collateral & Brand Assets (40%)
Design marketing materials that support Global Studios campaigns across multiple touchpoints, digital and print. You'll help bring our Global Studio and show brands to life with assets that are on-brand, engaging, and optimised for performance. -
Event Assets/Support & Activations (20%)
Collaborate and lead on event branding, signage, and visual identity for Global Studios activations and partner/industry events. Your designs will help create memorable experiences that reflect the energy and ambition of our brand and shows.

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Supported in delivering an identity for Global Studios. As well as a vision for further maintenance if it
- Delivered compelling creds, pitch decks that have helped secure new business or partnerships
- Designed marketing collateral and event materials that have elevated Global Studios' brand presence
- Built strong working relationships with the Global Studios and Commercial Design teams
- Supported in embedding key workflow processes on how you receive your briefs, ensuring you have time to focus on the bits that matter, the brief
- Developed a clear understanding of how your design work supports Global's Studios strategy across all platforms

What You’ll Need
- Creative versatility
You're comfortable designing across formats, decks, digital assets, print, social, and event materials, and love the variety that comes with context-switching. - Super strong presentation design skills
Experience creating high-quality pitch decks and client-facing presentations that tell a story and look polished. You truly understand the importance of narrative. - Attention to detail and speed
You work quickly without sacrificing quality, and you understand how to prioritise when managing multiple projects at once. - Collaborative mindset
You build strong relationships across teams and love working in partnership with different stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable operating as part of the fast-moving Global Studios team, while also plugging into the processes, workflow foundations and creative support of the Commercial Design team. - Design tools expertise
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint (most of our clients need our decks in this format), Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with the ability to create polished, presentation-ready work across digital, print and event collateral.
