B2B Designer (Mid-weight)

About Us

At MOI, we believe the best B2B marketing doesn't feel like B2B marketing.

Our philosophy is simple: Not-So-B2B.

The people we're trying to reach might be buying enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions, but they're still people. They're curious. They're emotional. They're distracted. They're overloaded with content that's forgettable the moment they scroll past it.

That's why we create work that connects on a human level first.

We combine strategic thinking, audience insight, and creative thinking to help some of the world's leading brands and clients, from the sectors as diverse as technology, professional and financial services, digital engineering, energy, and communications, tell stories that stand out, create demand, and drive growth.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a designer who shares that belief. Someone who can uncover the visual idea that makes people stop and pay attention. Someone who can turn ideas into stories, designs into experiences, and brands into design systems that work across every touchpoint. Someone who’s as comfortable developing a bold campaign theme as they are designing a digital experience, event activation, or ad campaign.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to help raise the standard of creativity in B2B and prove that the most effective work doesn’t have to look, sound, or behave like traditional B2B at all.

What You'll Do

You'll work across a broad range of integrated B2B campaigns, ABM programmes, and brand initiatives and digital experiences for global brands and clients – ranging from enterprise to SMBs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Creating visually engaging design work across multiple channels and formats, including:
    • Campaign themes and ideas
    • Digital and social content
    • Landing pages and websites
    • Email and nurture programmes
    • Reports, eBooks, and thought leadership assets
    • Event experiences and exhibition stands
    • Presentation and pitch materials
  • Collaborating with creatives, strategists, and client teams to develop design solutions.
  • Helping develop visual territories, moodboards, and design worlds that ensure campaign themes are consistent and align with audience needs and business objectives.
  • Maintaining consistency across brand assets while knowing when to challenge convention and push design thinking further.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while taking responsibility for maintaining a really high standard and delivering high-quality work against deadlines.
  • Presenting and articulating design decisions and direction with confidence to both internal teams and clients.
  • Staying ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, AI tools, and evolving B2B marketing best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

AI & Content Creation

As AI is changing how creative work is made, we’re looking for someone who has both fluency in – and a strong and positive attitude toward – AI and its application in design, and who understands how to use it responsibly to improve the quality, speed, and effectiveness of their work.

This Can Include

  • Visual research and inspiration
  • Concept exploration
  • Image generation and creative mockups
  • Design adaptation and asset scaling
  • AI-assisted creative workflows

Most importantly, you’ll know where AI adds value, where human creativity and craft matter most, and how to combine both.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a design role, ideally within a B2B, integrated, or creative agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating thinking, visual craft, and design experience.
  • Experience working with diverse technology sectors, professional and financial services, digital engineering, energy, and communications.
  • Visual storytelling, typography, layout, and design system skills.
  • Ability to develop compelling designs from often complex subject matter.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Confidence presenting ideas and articulating rationale.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to your craft.
  • Curiosity, commercial awareness, and a desire to continually improve.

Candidates must have a right to live and work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Why MOI?

You'll join a team of strategists, creatives, planners, specialists, and events team who are passionate about raising the standard of B2B marketing.

You'll Have The Opportunity To

  • Work with some of the world's most recognized B2B brands.
  • Contribute to award-worthy integrated campaigns.
  • Partner closely with strategy teams and influence work upstream.
  • Develop your content and strategic skills in equal measure.
  • Help shape how AI is integrated into the future of content and execution.

If you're ready to create work that challenges conventions, simplifies complexity, and makes audiences pay attention, we'd love to hear from you.
