This is a MIDWEIGHT role / salary, part-time employed or contract for SOCIAL - organic & paid, EMAIL/CRM and DIGITAL ASSETS
About Threesixty Brands
Threesixty Brands is a specialist social content and performance marketing agency. We work with beauty, lifestyle, wellness and drinks brands - fast-moving, creative-led clients who expect work that looks great and performs commercially. Our team is small and senior. Everyone owns their output.
The Role
We are looking for a midweight designer to join the team on a part-time basis - 13 days per month. You will design and produce content across email and CRM, paid social on Meta, and DTC Shopify websites for a roster of beauty, lifestyle, wellness and drinks clients. Volume and pace are part of the job. So is quality.
You need to understand what performs, not just what looks good. The best work here balances strong visual craft with commercial instinct - assets that stop the scroll and drive action. You will work closely with our channel leads day to day, with creative oversight from our Associate Creative Director.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce content across email and CRM, Meta paid social, and DTC Shopify websites
- Clip, edit and finish short-form video from existing footage for use across social and paid channels - applying cuts, pacing, captions and basic colour grading to get content publish-ready
- Produce static and motion assets across multiple brand clients simultaneously
- Adapt creative for different formats, placements and brand guidelines without losing quality
- Turn around strong V1s quickly and iterate efficiently through client feedback rounds
- Manage your own time across concurrent briefs without requiring supervision
- Communicate proactively with the lead strategist - flagging blockers early and keeping production on track
- Contribute to a test-and-learn approach, applying creative learnings from performance data over time

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
