Mid-Weight Graphic Designer
- Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)
- Salary: £30,000–£35,000
- Start Date: As soon as possible (ASA)
About the Role
We’re partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing sports-focused organisation seeking to add a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to its creative team. This is a great opportunity to join a business at a pivotal growth stage, working on engaging content for passionate sports audiences.
The Role
Working closely with both the Design and Marketing teams, you’ll:
- Produce eye-catching visual content for digital, social, and promotional channels.
- Collaborate frequently with marketing stakeholders to create campaign and social media assets that drive engagement.
- Report to a Senior Designer and become part of an ambitious creative team where sport is central to everything.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality design assets for digital, social, and promotional platforms.
- Develop engaging creative for sports campaigns, brands, and events.
- Work with marketing teams on campaign concepts and execution.
- Design graphics that resonate with sports fans and online communities.
- Support creative content delivery across multiple sporting properties and events.
- Ensure brand consistency and high standards across all work.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions in a fast-paced setting.

About You
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer or Mid-Weight Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio highlighting sports-related design.
- Knowledge of agile creative environments (sport schedule-driven turnover).
- In-depth experience in graphic design for sports teams, leagues, brands, or media.
- Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite.
Desirable Experience:
- Design work within sports categories such as football, basketball, cricket, or rugby.
- Cross-functional experience in social media graphics, promotions, and digital ads.
- Advanced typography and composition skills.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with fan-driven workflows.

Portfolio Requirements: Applications without relevant sports content will not be considered. Your portfolio should show:
- Social media graphics for sports brands or events.
- Matchday graphics (e.g., fixture Cyril, results, or highlights).
- Campaigns designed for fan engagement.
- Branding assets (posters, merchandise designs).
- Motion or video content (if applicable, a bonus).
