Role Description

Design and develop commercial trend-led collections from concept to final artwork.

  • Research seasonal trends, graphics, colour and customer insights to create inspiring print direction for the department
  • Produce mood boards, print concepts and accurate technical artwork packs for suppliers
  • Manage multiple projects to critical path, ensuring deadlines and launch dates are achieved
  • Present creative ideas confidently to Design, buying and senior stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution
  • Drive innovation by continually identifying new print techniques, trends and opportunities
  • Support range reviews, sample approvals and artwork amendments throughout development
  • Mentor and inspire junior designers, sharing best practice and encouraging creative thinking
  • Champion quality, attention to detail and a customer-first approach in every stage of the design process

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in fashion print design
  • A strong commercial eye and trend awareness
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, understanding of AI applications
  • Outstanding creativity, organisation and communication skills
  • Confidence in their ideas and influencing stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating market-leading product
