Role Description
Design and develop commercial trend-led collections from concept to final artwork.
- Research seasonal trends, graphics, colour and customer insights to create inspiring print direction for the department
- Produce mood boards, print concepts and accurate technical artwork packs for suppliers
- Manage multiple projects to critical path, ensuring deadlines and launch dates are achieved
- Present creative ideas confidently to Design, buying and senior stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution
- Drive innovation by continually identifying new print techniques, trends and opportunities
- Support range reviews, sample approvals and artwork amendments throughout development
- Mentor and inspire junior designers, sharing best practice and encouraging creative thinking
- Champion quality, attention to detail and a customer-first approach in every stage of the design process

Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in fashion print design
- A strong commercial eye and trend awareness
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, understanding of AI applications
- Outstanding creativity, organisation and communication skills
- Confidence in their ideas and influencing stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating market-leading product
