Who we are We’re Super Group, the NYSE-listed digital gaming company behind some of the world’s leading Sports and iGaming brands, including Betway and Jackpot City. We’re a powerhouse built on decades of expertise and we’re changing the game for good. Our mission is to give our customers a superclass entertainment experience.
We’re evolving from a traditional marketing structure into a high-performance in-house creative and brand machine, producing world-class campaigns, social content, sponsorship activations and entertainment-led storytelling across multiple global markets.
Who we’re looking for We’re on a thrilling journey of growth and innovation, and we need passionate, driven individuals to join us. At Super Group International, every day is action-packed, and we expect you to bring your A-game. In return, you’ll find a supportive environment where your skills can flourish and your career can soar. We’re looking for a Designer with strong conceptual thinking, exceptional taste and a genuine passion for craft. This is not a role for someone who simply executes layouts. We want a creative problem solver. Someone who understands visual storytelling, brand building and modern culture. Someone who can bring ideas to life across campaigns, social, motion, digital and content ecosystems.
You should be equally comfortable creating premium campaign assets, developing social-first creative, contributing ideas in brainstorms and helping shape the visual future of the Betway brand. If you’re hungry to grow, excited by sport, entertainment and internet culture, and want to build work that cuts through, this could be your moment.
Ready to become a game-changer? Supercharge your career with us and be part of something extraordinary.
Why we need you We’re building experiences that wow our customers – and that starts with bold, curious people who want to do work that matters. If you’re hungry to grow, excited by impact and ready for a challenge that will supercharge your career, this could be your moment.
We’re scaling our in-house creative capability to support major global campaigns, sponsorships, social content and reactive marketing across multiple markets and partnerships including football, Formula 1, MMA, baseball and more. You’ll help us: create bold, premium and entertaining creative work, build culturally relevant campaigns and content, increase the speed and quality of creative output, push the visual identity of the Betway brand forward, integrate AI and modern creative workflows into produce.
As a Designer you’ll be supporting the delivery of high-quality creative covering campaign assets/design, product design, and promo/logo designs. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
