Who We Are Hi! We’re Thinkingbox, the brief to built agency. Creating innovative digital, experiential, social, and content, we partner with leading brands across industries like sports, gaming, entertainment, and technology. We believe the hands that carefully craft the work should belong to the minds that dreamed it. So while others pass the buck, we’re already building. Because our thinkers are also the makers. Culture is at the heart of who we are, and our offices are hubs of natural collaboration. From hanging out with our office dogs to enjoying Thursday happy hours, we keep our work environment vibrant, welcoming, and fun. Each year, we also encourage our people to spend a month exploring the world, whether that means working from another office or even from the beaches of Mexico, to expand their perspectives and bring fresh inspiration back to the team.

The Opportunity Thinkingbox London is growing. We’re looking for a junior-to-midweight designer with proper taste, strong fundamentals, and the kind of energy that turns good into great. If you love typography, cool concepts, clean systems, and making things feel inevitable, you’ll fit right in. \n

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Be Doing A mix of brand + campaign + digital, often moving fast, always aiming for a high level craft: Brand identities + design systems Campaign worlds + key visuals Social-first assets (9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9) that actually read and impact Decks and toolkits that look like a studio cares Early explorations, moodboards, and visual directions Working with motion/film teams so design translates into animation + edit

What You’ll Bring Junior to midweight experience (studio/agency ideal) A portfolio that shows taste, layout, typography, hierarchy Solid in Figma + Adobe (PS/AI/ID/AE) You should also have a good grip on Ai and all things concerning. From stills to motion. You can take feedback, iterate fast, and keep files tidy You’re curious, switched on, and not precious and you are picky (in a good way) Motion awareness (After Effects or strong motion instincts)
