📍 South London | Full-Time | Office-Based

Are you a creative exhibition designer who enjoys taking projects from concept through to installation?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established exhibition design and build company with an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke exhibition stands and experiential environments across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Designer / Project Manager to join their collaborative team in South London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines creative flair with strong technical and project management skills, and enjoys working closely with clients to bring ideas to life.

The Role

You'll manage exhibition projects from initial brief through design, production and final installation, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal production teams, you'll balance creativity with practical delivery while managing multiple live projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
