Hiring: FSO Onsite Engineer
Location: Glasgow, UK (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
We're looking for an experienced FSO Onsite Engineer to provide deskside and field IT support, ensuring high-quality technical services and excellent end-user experience. Travel to remote locations may be required.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years of IT Support / Desktop Support experience
- Windows 10 & 11 deployment, imaging, and troubleshooting
- Office 365, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow
- Azure, Intune & Active Directory administration
- Laptop, desktop, printer, mobile device & AV support
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills
- Basic LAN/networking knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- VIP/Executive support experience is a plus

Responsibilities:


Get help with your application

- Provide 2nd line onsite desktop support
- Resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues
- OS imaging/re-imaging and device deployment
- IT asset management and incident/request handling
- Support AV/video conferencing and meeting room technologies
- Deliver onsite and remote office support while meeting SLA targets
