Deskside IT Support Analyst

Oxford (4 days onsite per week with occasional travel to Bath)
Permanent
Up to £37,500 per annum DOE

A Deskside IT Support Analyst is required to join a well-established, technology-led professional services organisation with an excellent reputation for its collaborative culture and investment in employee development. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide hands-on IT support to office-based users, acting as the face of IT while delivering a first-class customer experience in a fast-paced professional environment.

  • Resolve hardware, software, Windows 11, and network issues
  • Manage incidents and service requests
  • Support system deployments and IT projects
  • Contribute to continual service improvement

You'll also liaise with senior stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Deskside Support, Desktop Support, or IT Support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, laptops, hardware, software, and networking.
  • Experience managing incidents and service requests within an ITIL or SLA-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with confidence supporting senior stakeholders face-to-face.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider IT team.
  • Experience within a professional services environment (legal, financial, or similar) would be advantageous but isn't essential.
