A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Desktop Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our London based client on a permanent basis.
Summary:
A role has arisen for a Desktop Support Engineer to join us to provide IT support to all areas within the firm, across our two London offices. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role, with responsibility for delivering a great user experience to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the corporate-only iPhone fleet through Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM, including DEP enrolment, supervised device policies, and lifecycle refresh
- Dealing with customers in person at the Tech Hub
- Work with co-workers to increase knowledge across the Global Service Desk team

Attributes/Skills:
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Demonstrable understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office 365
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 is highly beneficial
- Experience of logging tickets in ITSM call logging software
